What is "HULLESS" popcorn? Traditional popcorn blasts away the outer shell, causing the hard pieces to become imbedded in the popped corn cavity and eventually resulting in the hard pieces to become imbedded in your teeth, breaking a filling or tooth, or worse. "Hulless" popcorn does not separate the outer shell, but allows it to pop with the corn, and become part of the delicate popped corn texture.

Hulless corn comes in three varieties including the rarest and most delicate, "Lady Finger variety," "Baby White," a slightly larger and still very tender, and "Premium White, the largest of the three. We have also added a special selection of our Rainbow Blend. This may have a few hulls, but the colors have become collectables for the counter. Cooked, it all turns a nice large white premium blend. Compare the price of about 6 cents per quart of popped corn to the microwave brands.  Also, you can add spices such as cinnamon and sugar, pizza flavoring, and other favorites to this variety and it seems to absorb into the popcorn much easier leaving the gourmet taste of your additions. Comes in two-pound bags or about 66 quarts of popped corn. Put it in your air popper; cook in your own stove kettle, or in your favorite popper.
