We have divided our jam pantry into seven categories for your shopping ease. If you have always been confused as to what the difference between Jams, Jellys, Fruit Spreads, and Fruit Butters is, here is the general difference. Jams have the pulp of the fruit in the final product while in Jellys the pulp is filtered out. Fruit Spreads are the inbetween of Jam and Jelly. Fruit Butters are made by taking the fruit and cooking it down to a paste.
*Sugarless Jams and Jellys are not truly sugarless, but instead are no sugar added. Please take this into account if you have to watch your sugar intake.
